Rick is a life-long Michigan resident, business owner, husband, father and grandfather living in the southwest side of Michigan. Rick began his shooting career in 1992, became a MTA life member in 1994 followed by a life membership in the ATA in 1995. Regardless of the venue, Rick is a tough competitor, winning championships at local, state, and national tournaments. Rick has 2 ATA Grand Slams to his credit, the first in 2000 at the Michigan State Shoot with 100 from the 27-yard line. Rick is an accomplished shooter/competitor who is committed to trap shooting and the survival of local clubs through donation, volunteering, and participation. Although Rick has been competing at the highest levels for many years, he does not shoot for average or status. Rick’s goals are simply to enjoy the companionship of his wife, Sandy, his family and their love of trap shooting. From the moment that Rick arrives at a tournament, he brings a positive attitude, a willingness to participate, to engage and volunteer so that all may have a great experience.
